Nancy A. Krieg, Esq.


Nancy graduated summa cum laude from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California with a BA in Legal Studies and a paralegal certification. She went on to graduate from William Mitchell College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. She began working with Victoria Taylor as a law student when she acted as the firm’s paralegal. After graduation from law school, Victoria and Nancy became law partners.

The law is not Nancy’s first career, and she came to the bar with a wealth of experience. She worked for 23 years at US Bank as an assistant vice president of operations in the logistics field and at Bank of the West in the same capacity for 2 years. Nancy was a certified mail manager and worked at Pitney Bowes as a national site manager at Ameriprise in Minneapolis and at Charles Schwab in California.

She comes to the law with broad business and management experience that provide a unique perspective and talent for working with clients from all walks of life and in unique situations. 

As a law student, Nancy was selected to represent William Mitchell in the Warren Burger Inn of Court, an elite group of legal professionals that includes judges and attorneys dedicated to promoting excellence, professionalism, civility and ethics within the legal community. Nancy was nominated for full membership to the Inn in 2017 and is now enjoys full membership in the group. 

Nancy has four wonderful children and her greatest joy now is spending time with her three beloved grandchildren. 

Nancy practices general family law and criminal law. Her commitment is to provide quality, compassionate legal service to families and individuals when they need it most.

Victoria M. B. Taylor, Esq.


Victoria Taylor graduated summa cum laude from Hamline University in 2006 with a paralegal certification, a BA in American History with Honors and a BA in Legal Studies. In 2005, Victoria was the recipient of the distinguished John Wesley Leadership and Service Award for her commitment to community service. 

She received her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2010. Since graduation, she has been practicing family law with a concentration on all aspects of divorce, child support, child custody, spousal maintenance and child protection matters. 

As an experienced family law attorney and a Rule 114 Qualified Mediator, Victoria brings a unique perspective to her work with families and individuals going through hard times and difficult situations. In 2015, Victoria was named as an Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer Magazine.

Before forming Crossroads Legal Services in 2015, Victoria was a founding partner of Cornerstone Family Law. Additionally, she is one of three attorneys responsible for starting the Minnesota Teen and Adult  Challenge Legal Clinic, a monthly program providing legal information and education to individuals in the program to assist in their transition to health and recovery from addiction.

Victoria is passionate about the law and equal access to justice issues. She is the Legislative Co-Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section and sits on the Governing Council of the Military & Veteran's Affairs Section. Through these roles she  has advocated, assisted in drafting and advised on many aspects of legislative reform in the areas of family law.  She has been involved as a volunteer paralegal and law clerk for Twin Cities Christian Legal Aid and was a volunteer civil mediator with the Dispute Resolution Center. Victoria also served as a Guardian Ad Litem in juvenile court  in Ramsey County.

Victoria’s strength is her ability to reach and communicate with people in crisis and her ability to provide creative solutions and legal strategies to difficult legal problems. Her clients appreciate her tenacity and her ability to bring tough problems to fair and equitable resolution. 

Victoria and her husband reside in Saint Paul and have four fantastic children and two precious grandchildren.
