Victoria Taylor is licensed to practice law in Minnesota. She concentrates mainly in the areas of Family Law, Child Protection, Estate Planning and Bankruptcy. Victoria is also a Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and is an experienced mediator both in family and civil matters.

Victoria graduated from Hamline University, Summa Cum Laude, in 2006, with a Bachelor of Arts in American History, a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Paralegal Certificate. She received her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, in May 2010.

As an Attorney and Mediator, Victoria brings a unique perspective in working with clients during tough times. Although not legally blonde, Victoria is in fact a hairdresser turned lawyer. Prior to entering the legal world, she was a hairdresser and make-up artist in St. Paul, Minnesota since 1989.

Before forming Crossroads Legal Services, Victoria was the founding partner of Cornerstone Family Law LLC. She is one of the founding attorneys of the Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge Legal Clinic. Prior to becoming an attorney, she served as a volunteer Paralegal and Law Clerk for Twin Cities Christian Legal Aid, was a volunteer Civil Mediator with the Dispute Resolution Center and a Guardian ad Litem in Ramsey County.

Victoria has a heart for serving people in crisis and providing affordable legal services. She continues as a volunteer attorney at the Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge Legal Clinic providing limited representation and advice to people in recovery. Victoria is also an active member of the Family Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and serves as co-chair of the Legislative Committee.
Alicia Norby is Crossroads legal assistant and law clerk. Alicia graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth, with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and a minor in Sociology. Alicia is working toward her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law and is expected to graduate in May of 2016.

Prior to law school, she also interned with the Ninth Judicial District's Public Defenders Office and was an administrative assistant and court researcher with the McDowell Agency.

Alicia has a solid commitment to public service and was awarded the Bulldog Award from the University of Minnesota Duluth for her leadership and over 3500 hours of service to low-income populations within the Duluth area.

In addition to interning at Crossroads, Alicia also volunteers through the Minnesota Justice Foundation for the Tubman Family Services Law Clinic, the William Mitchell Self-Help Clinic, Legal Aid Pro Se Divorce Clinic, Homeless Veterans Law Clinic, and the Minnesota Teen Challenge Legal Clinic.

As a a valued member of the Crossroads team, Alicia assists in the personal service and care for each and every client.

Nancy Krieg has been an invaluable law clerk and paralegal to Victoria Taylor for 2 years. Nancy graduated from John F. Kennedy University, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Paralegal Certification.

Nancy will graduate from William Mitchell College of Law with a Juris Doctor in May 2014 at the inspirational age of 66. Nancy is also a Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and mediator in civil and family matters.

During law school, Nancy was selected as a student member of the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court, an elite group of lawyers and judges dedicated to legal excellence, civility, professionalism and ethics. She is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Family Law Section and active volunteer at the Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge Legal Clinic.

Nancy comes to the bar with a wealth of life experience. Prior to law school, she had a successful career in corporate operations management for companies that incude Pitney Bowes, U.S. Bank and Bank of the West. However, her greatest success was raising four remarkable children and her greatest joy now is spending quality time with her three grandchildren.

Nancy plans on focusing as a general family practioner. She is committed to provide quality, affordable legal services to people with middle income.
